Founder and licensed builder in Georgia and North Carolina, with extensive design and construction experience. Andy grew up in the construction business working under his father building custom homes, then changed directions into technology. After a 20 year career culminating in senior executive  management in the software design and consulting industry, he is back to his roots building high quality custom homes. Aside from running day-to-day operations and personally involved in every construction project. When not designing and building, he enjoys spending time with family, photography, oil painting, and flying as a licensed private pilot. 

Licensed Real Estate agent in Georgia, and a highly knowledgeable trusted advisor in our local community and real estate market. Belinda brings many years of managerial leadership, procurement negotiation experience, and event planning. She is responsible for customer care, real estate sales, interior staging and design, and assisting with day to day operations. Belinda is an accomplished quilter, enjoys hand crafts, cooking, canning, and spending time with family and friends.

Brandon (Left) brings a number of years of experience in customer service and sales. He assists with day to day administration, 
procurement, and accounting. Currently completing a four year degree in business administration.  Brandon enjoys mountain biking, snow boarding, and spending time with friends and family.

Donovan brings a number of years of hands on experience in finish carpentry and residential construction. He is responsible for coordinating and managing onsite construction and logistics, as well as day to day operations. Currently preparing for his Georgia builders license.
​He is an accomplished musician and likes to camp and fish with friends.
