All the homes we build and sell come with a one year whole-home warranty and 10 years structural.

Our primary focus is high quality custom homes of any size, and significant remodels and additions. We do a fair number of kitchen, bath, and outdoor spaces such as decks depending on the size of the project and quality of finishes expected. We do not do minor home repairs.
No. Generic plans purchased online can't be built without customizations necessary for our area here in the mountains, mainly we are in a seismic zone and foundations and structure require site specific designs. Additionally from experience most homes owners usually want to make changes to plans purchased online, defeating their intended purpose of being cheap ready to go plans.
